Day 3 is writing, what is a poem you have written, a saying, an article, or something that you have read that have helped you along this journey, soothes you, or you can strongly relate to. This can be a poem, an article, or a quote. I have written many poems over the years, writing allows me the ability to express my feelings without having to apologize for them.
