Disciples in Bloom is a ministry of Our Journee Home, dedicated to nurturing the hearts of young believers as they blossom into disciples of Christ. Through meaningful resources and faith-inspired items, Disciples in Bloom plants the seeds of faith in children’s lives, encouraging them to grow strong in their relationship with God. By connecting churches, families, and religious communities with tools like our Blessed Are They That Mourn series, Praise Pals worship dolls, prayer bears, faith-centered journals, board games, and comforting pillows, we create a foundation of faith that supports children as they learn and live in Christ’s love.

This ministry is more than a collection of resources; it’s a partnership in spiritual growth. As children receive each item, they engage with God’s word in ways that are joyful, comforting, and rooted in biblical values. Churches and families can join Disciples in Bloom through various partnership tiers, making it easy to provide these materials to their youth ministries, Sunday school classes, or home studies.
